Luxury Retail Fit Outs for Global Brands
My skills and ambitions have enabled me to deliver, manage, and collaborate on exciting Retail developments across London. Working through all RIBA phases from Insight to Installation, I have strengthened my knowledge and awareness of what it takes to deliver exceptional customer experiences within stores. Conglomerates such as LVMH, OTB, Essilor Luxottica have given me the responsibility to Design and Project Manage their concepts to fruition within heritage buildings and large-scale shopping centres, for instance, New Balance, White City Westfield. My approach is thorough and coordinated; I aim to bring much more to the project apart from Design Management. Being able to lead projects such as Jil Sander, New Bond Street, MM6 Mayfair, and North Face Oxford Street has given me the confidence and experience to carry into future new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments. Most recently, I have taken on the role of Project Manager alongside the Senior PM in order to generate well-rounded and dynamic project lifecycles. Ensuring delays and risks are mitigated in a quick manner, budgets and quality are continually assessed throughout the project, is my priority. I have led design teams to successfully deliver projects both in the UK and internationally, which I am proud of. Whilst constantly seeking new challenges and continuing to deliver at a high standard, I work very hard to present myself as reliable and efficient to my team and colleagues. Building and strengthening existing relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, statutory bodies and contractors whilst working through project challenges are all parts of my role, which I thoroughly enjoy.
